Upstream(UpstreamBodyError)
The upstream stream died (DW-014 knobs report health on their
way out; see UpstreamBody).
Io(Error)
The compression codec failed mid-stream (DW-027). The stream ends like an upstream abort: already-forwarded frames stand, no synthesized tail.
