pub enum UpstreamBodyError {
Upstream(Error),
H3Stream(String),
WriteTimeout {
after: Duration,
},
DeadlineExceeded,
}Expand description
Error surfaced by a streamed upstream response body
(UpstreamBody, DW-014).
Variants§
Upstream(Error)
The underlying transport errored mid-stream (connection reset, framing error, …).
H3Stream(String)
PERF-10 (#243): an H3/QUIC stream errored mid-body (h3 frame
error, QPACK error, QUIC stream reset, …). The h3 error is
stringified because h3::error::StreamError is not Clone and
the channel carries Result<Bytes, UpstreamBodyError> across
an await boundary in the driver task.
WriteTimeout
The gap between two body frames exceeded timeouts.write_ms
(inactivity timeout; see the module docs).
DeadlineExceeded
The response body crossed its ABSOLUTE deadline (DW-039: a
gRPC request’s grpc-timeout covers the whole RPC, so the
deadline armed at dispatch keeps ticking through the body).
