API lifecycle management config (DW-110, gateway.lifecycle).
Three sub-concerns, each additive and independently enabled:
portal– the developer portal: a read-only static HTML page auto-generated from the configured OpenAPI spec sources, served at a reserved path.profiles– environment profiles: dev/staging/prod config overlays. The profile is selected via theDWARA_PROFILEenv var; the selected profile’s patch is merged onto the base config at load time.journey– the API journey recorder: records the request flow through the gateway as a JSON document for debugging, stored via the existing analytics raw table.
The block is accepted in every build and is inert until the runtime wiring lands (validation warns).

§portal: Option<LifecyclePortalConfig>The developer portal config. Absent (the default): no portal.
profiles: Option<LifecycleProfilesConfig>Environment profile overlays. Absent (the default): no overlays; the base config is used as-is.
journey: Option<LifecycleJourneyConfig>The journey recorder config. Absent (the default): no journeys are recorded.
