One proxy_http_call dispatch, parsed and validated at the hostcall boundary (DW-167). The instance queues it; the dispatch driver (the async plugin_dispatch boundary) performs the exchange and delivers the response back through PluginInstance::deliver_callout_response.

Fields

token: u32

The token the host handed the plugin (returned with the response; the SDK dispatcher routes by it).

uri: String

The full http(s)://host[:port]/path?query URI string.

method: String

The request method (:method; GET when the dispatch map carried none).

headers: Vec<(String, String)>

Ordinary headers (pseudo-headers stripped; :authority folds into the URI’s authority when the map carried one).

body: Vec<u8>

The request body (may be empty).

timeout_ms: u32

The plugin-requested timeout in milliseconds (the unit the Rust SDK’s dispatch_http_call sends); clamped at perform time.
