pub enum CalloutError {
Timeout,
Failed(String),
}Expand description
Why a callout could not be completed. Timeout gets its own metric
outcome; every other failure is Error.
Variants§
Timeout
The clamped whole-exchange deadline expired (mid-connect, mid-read, or before the exchange started).
Failed(String)
Every other failure: DNS, refused, TLS, reset, framing, caps, SSRF rejection. The string is operator-facing detail (logs only; it never reaches the client).
