Kind of credential record.

Hmac
HMAC request-signing credential (DW-036). Resolves to a CONFIG-declared key only: the store’s hash-at-rest contract cannot hold MAC-verifiable material (recomputing an HMAC needs the raw key bytes), so no row of this kind is ever written — the kind exists so the resolved identity can name its family.
Oidc
OIDC introspection credential (DW-034): a Bearer token validated
by RFC 7662 token introspection against an external IdP. Like
Hmac, no row of this kind is ever written to the store — the
kind exists so the resolved identity can name its family.
