A SPIFFE-aware mTLS rustls config: either a client config (for
outbound upstream connections) or a server config (for inbound
listener connections). Built from an X.509 SVID and a trust
bundle by build_spiffe_mtls_config.
Variants§
Client(ClientConfig)
A client config (outbound): presents the SVID as the client cert, verifies peer (server) SVIDs against the trust bundle.
Server(ServerConfig)
A server config (inbound): presents the SVID as the server cert, verifies peer (client) SVIDs against the trust bundle.
