Fields§
§high_watermark: f64Channel fill ratio above which sampling kicks in. Must be in
(0.0, 1.0) and > low_watermark.
low_watermark: f64Channel fill ratio below which sampling stops (every record
kept). Must be in (0.0, 1.0) and < high_watermark.
keep_rate: f64Fraction of records to KEEP when sampling (1 in N). 1.0 keeps all (no sampling); 0.1 keeps 10%. Must be in (0.0, 1.0].
