AI-05 (#195): The client-facing request dialect for an AI route. Determines how the gateway parses the incoming request body.
Variants§
Openai
OpenAI chat-completions shape (the historical default). The
request is parsed by openai_compat::parse_chat_request.
Anthropic
Anthropic Messages API shape. The request is parsed by
ingress::parse_anthropic_request and translated to the
canonical ChatRequest.
Gemini
Gemini generateContent shape. The request is parsed by
ingress::parse_gemini_request and translated to the
canonical ChatRequest.
Passthrough
Passthrough mode: the request body is forwarded to the provider as-is (no translation, still metered/governed). The response is returned as-is.
