Parse the SNI server name out of a TLS ClientHello, reassembling handshake fragments across records when the hello does not fit in one (#120).
Minimal record parser (no new dependency): walks the TLS record and
handshake headers, skips session id / cipher suites / compression
methods, then scans the extension list for server_name (ext 0) and
returns the first host_name entry. Returns None on any structural
shortcoming; callers treat that as “no SNI”.
