Translate Ingress resources into a dwara Gateway config.

ingresses are the Ingress resources. ingress_class is the configured class name (only Ingresses with spec.ingressClassName matching this, or with no class name when the class is the default, are translated). endpoints is a map from <namespace>/<service-name>:<port> to endpoint addresses.
