Canonical form of one origin (DW-027): lowercase scheme and host,
default port dropped, no userinfo, no path/query — the exact string
the runtime CORS matcher compares request Origin values against
and validation checks config entries with. None when the input is
not a well-formed http(s) origin. Lives in config (the lowest
consuming domain) so validation (snapshot::validate) and matching
(dataplane::cors) share one grammar, the same way net.rs owns the
IP/CIDR grammar.
