Execute a validated structured query. Range-aggregate shape: the window column is NOT grouped (per-window series is the dashboard endpoint’s job); rows order by request volume descending.
SCALE-12 (#190): when dim_group_by is set, the query reads from
rollup_dim instead of rollup_fixed, grouping by the custom
dimension’s values. When dim_filters are set, they are applied
as semi-join subqueries against rollup_dim.
