The A2A agent entries that should appear as providers in the alias
table (DW-114). Each entry is (name, upstream) — the provider
name and the upstream that carries its transport. The AiRuntime
compile path inserts these into the provider pool with
kind: a2a. Returns an empty vec when the block is absent or
inert.
